The kitchen is quite large for a Bayside cottage and has a lovely dining area with a picture window to capture views of the Bay and the distant harbor of Belfast in the background. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances including microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a good supply of cookware and dishware.
Heading upstairs a large skylight window provides wonderful daylight and ventilation. Numerous antique photos of Bayside back in the early 1800's fill the walls showing you the history of this charming village. At the top of the stairs is a short landing with two wonderful large bedrooms.
To the left is the king bedroom with warm wood floors, beautiful built in drawers and cathedral ceiling. Two large windows face east for fabulous Bay views with many
sailboats lying on their moorings.
The second bedroom has an antique spindle double bed, wood floors, more built in dressers, cathedral ceiling and a fabulous wall of glass that looks out over the Bay.
The owners of this home have lovingly hand made much of the cabinetry, lamps and half hulls that decorate the home.
