The wrap around porch makes a great sitting area for reading a book or watching the sailboat races on the harbor. A neat deck off the kitchen overlooks a fresh water brook that runs into the ocean, has a gorgeous view of the bay and is private from the neighboring home. The deck can also be accessed from the driveway.
The second floor has a bath with clawfoot tub, a bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a set of bunk beds ,a queen bed and a fun double french winow that opens to a view of the park and the ocean.
