This neat little Bayside Victorian sits just three cottages up from Ruggles Park , the public wharf and swimming area and is just steps away from Bayside's other parks and the golf course. It has water views from the upstairs bedroom and a deck overlooking the park. The architecture is pure Bayside with steep pitched roof, gingerbread and numerous windows.

As you enter the cottage from the side you walk into the cute and bright country kitchen. There is a small table which seats four in the kitchen. There are many windows allowing much light into the room. Appliances include stove, refrigeraton, microwave and coffee maker.

From the kitchen a small hallway has the 3/4 bath with shower and washer/dryer then leads to the large and comfortable living room which includes a fold out couch for that extra person. The floors are wood and walls & ceilings are wainscoting. There is a small but efficient heater to take the chill off on cool summer evenings. A set of double doors leads you to a fun deck overlooking other historic cottages and views of the park and ocean.

Heading upstairs through a narrow staircase you enter the first bedroom which has several windows and two twin beds. The room is sizable and comfortable with a closet for storage. Passing through this bedroom a doorway opens to the second bedroom with a double bed. Windows offer ample light and views of the bay.

A perfect cottage for four or five with all the wonderful parks and waterfront just steps away.
