High Branches Cottage is positioned between the Northport Golf Course, the Bayside Library and Ruggle’s Park. This well maintained house is located on Clinton Avenue between George Street and Bluff Road.

You enter the property through the front steps next to the sweet open yard with native plantings. You are greeted with a  comfortable living room with a brand new L-shaped couch and accent chair. The open floor plan has a dining area that abuts the well appointed kitchen.

The kitchen is the heart of a home and at the heart of this house. The kitchen is modern and beautifully maintained and has all the appliances and items you need to make your favorite summer meal. It is fully equipped with an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage and cabinet space. The generous counters are all done in a dark modern stone.  You could also dine on the three season porch located directly off the dining area.  Plenty of seating out there as well.

The main floor has two bedrooms on it and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area and it’s own little outdoor porch seating area. The second bedroom has two twin beds.  The bathroom is lovely with a spacious glass and tile shower.

The stairs leading down stairs  are easy to navigate. The queen bedroom on this floor is cheerful and spacious. There is a spa style luxurious stand alone soaking tub with a shower hose attachment.

High Branches has a lovely lawn and outdoor lounge space. Great for some yard games.
