This sweet blue Bayside cottage gem sits on George Street just a short walk downhill to Ruggles Park, the public wharf and swimming area and is just steps away from Bayside’s other parks and the Northport Golf Course.  It has slivers of water views from its back patio.

As you enter the cottage from the front patio, you enter the open living/dining room that is filled with cottage nautical charm. The living/dining area has a sweet dining table in the a bay window and a sitting are with cozy chairs and lots of light. There is a nice little office space on the first floor if you must briefly check in with work.

The galley kitchen is bright, compact and complete with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and all the cooking equipment you need for a summer meal.

There is small tidy bathroom located on the first floor off the dining area with a standing shower and the stackable washer/dryer.

Heading upstairs through the  “L” turn  staircase there is the surprise of a sweet tv room/lounge/office space.  There is a small bedroom sweet bedroom with a twin bed in it. Next door is a bedroom with a lovely king bed. (Please note, just curtains for privacy on the bedrooms, no doors.)   You’re in luck with a small but full bathroom on this floor as well. Tub/shower combination.
