Features & Floorplan

The Grove is positioned between the golf course and the dock on Clinton Avenue. This elegantly newly built house is located in one of the few patches of forest in the village. The screened in porch is almost private, which is hard to come by in Bayside.

Arriving at the property, you are welcomed by plenty of parking and easy access to the screened in porch.  There is a seating area as well as lovely dining area for plenty of friends and family to enjoy a summer meal.  Entering the cottage, you walk into a very bright open floor plan with numerous windows, a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and classic furnishings.

The living/dining areas are open to each other with a kitchen area off to the side.  A half bath is located just off the living room.  The first floor bedroom, with a queen sized bed, is located just off a little hallway from the kitchen as you pass the washer/dryer  closet. A heat pump/AC is mounted in the living room to heat/cool the main living area with a second one in the bedroom.

Large windows throughout allow fresh Maine air to flow through the cottage.

Its generous screened in porch, privacy, and plenty
of space make The Grove a favorite location for  relaxing and unwinding in a busy little village.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, stainless steel appliances and lots of storage and cabinet space. The generous counters are all done in a light colored stone.  The beautiful wood dining table is in the center of it all for meals, puzzles, and games if it should happen to be a rainy day.

A first-floor bedroom and accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower. We call this one a Bayside Unicorn!  Plenty of light, closet storage, and a ceiling fan or AC to keep you cool.

The open stair well in the center of the house that lead up to the other two bedrooms and bathroom.    One spacious bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds. A lovely bathroom with a tub/shower combination is shared by these two rooms.
