Unity Too cottage is perfect for the small family looking for all of the antique charm Bayside has to offer but within just a short walk to the water. Located just a minute’s walk to the waterfront, Ruggles park and golf course this cottage is located in the Center of Broadway where you in are in the heart of porch life.

Features & Floorplan

As you enter the home via the front door and porch with seating for four. You may have a hard time figuring out what year it is. Unity Too has been so well cared for and preserved by loving archivists.  There is something new to see at every turn.

Enter the French doors to the living room
and be welcomed by high ceilings and plenty of light.

The living room has comfortable furnishings and new couch for the 2026 season. You walk through a lovely little dining room on  your way to the bright kitchen. The single bathroom is located in the back of the house where a washer and dryer will be added for the 2026 season.

Heading upstairs, which are rather steep in a classic Bayside style there are two bedrooms and a an office space. One bedroom is larger and faces Broadway. The second is located on the back side of the house has it’s own lovely little balcony.
